I wanted to take a few minutes to write to you about how pleased I was with your firms work and customer service.  My visit to your shop was an unfortunate result of someone running a red light and hitting my MBZ SL500.

I used your shop several years ago when my front cowling was damaged at a tire shop.  They give me the referral…I was so impressed with the work and service I knew that if I ever needed work done again I would come back to your shop.

Your office Manager Sondra Robinson made this a very positive experience.  She has outstanding communication skills and coordinated everything for me.   As a manager myself, I recognize how important a person like her can be to a business and how hard employees like her are to find.   I really appreciated everything she did for me and would ask that you pass on my thanks to her.
